Sharing wisdom from the animal kingdom
I communicated with a mouse who appeared to me next to a big oak tree in a field covered with tall grass. He told me to call him James, if I would like, and asked if I had any questions for him.
I asked him if he had any words of wisdom to share. This is what he wanted to say, "Accepting life is important. Life is full of ups and downs. You lose some and you win some. Some lives are lost--it's the circle of life." I asked if he lost someone, and he briefly replied, "My mom." He continued speaking, "Accept that life is full of ups and downs--this thought alone will make you stronger. Don't let life get you down."
I asked James what his favorite thing was about being a mouse. "We are friendly if you get to know us! We live in the moment. We are patient, and are good at using our wits and quick thinking to survive."
He paused before continuing, "Our species is often misunderstood, and also seen as a pest. I can assure you that we are not pests--merely misunderstood. We are actually quite intelligent. And contrary to belief, we are very clean animals." I thanked James for sharing his thoughts with us, and sent him love as he continued on his journey.
Mouse symbolism is asking us to look at what is right in front of our eyes and then take action accordingly. You don't want to miss anything that might be right in front of you. Pay attention to details. Mouse wisdom teaches us the importance of staying connected to the present moment, and not allowing our attention to be distracted.
